Fertilize your grass, clean the debris out of the garden, trim your trees, etc.. Remember your yard is the first thing anybody sees when they arrive at your house. Don’t forget to clean your grill and bring your lawn furniture out!

Deep clean your house. Don’t just vacuum, sweep, and mop. Clean the trim, wash the toilet, dust off the fans, get rid of junk, clean the pantry, etc. You get the point. Now is the time!
