Your questions seem like a bother! This is not okay! You should be open to ask questions and not feel like you’re bothering them!
Experience! Are you working with a new agent or an experienced agent? If you’re working with a new agent, that’s okay. Choose the person, not their experience.
It should not take a long time for you to get a response. Your time is important! It is important for you to feel comfortable, and a priority. Even if they are busy, a good agent can make this happen.

People before work. Your agent should want you to get a good property that you love. It’s not just about the money.
Selling or buying a house is stressful, is your agent personable? Will he/she be able to deal with your stress?

You’re not always going to hear what you want. There will be good & bad. Some agents will just tell you what they think you want to hear.
It all comes down to, is your agent a good person? Do they seem genuine? If you feel that your agent isn’t the best for you, GO WITH YOUR GUT FEELING! Start looking for a new agent that better fits your needs. It is helpful for any agent you work with to come prepared, write down what you’re looking for, know your budget, if you have no idea about either item they can help.
