A: Yes! We do have rental properties. We also do Lease to Own for folks who are building their credit and still want to be on track to being a homeowner. 

Q: Can you help save my credit?

A: Possibly, if your credit is suffering due to a property facing foreclosure, we can often help with that.

Q: I’m trying to sell my property, how does the process work?

A: Great question!

  2. We will come evaluate your property and see what we are working with. (make suggestions based on YOUR best interest)
  3. Often, we will have a contract ready to go and will make you an offer at the showing. 
  4. After we have a fully executed contract, we will begin getting the funds to close the deal. We will coordinate with the title and determine the best day and time to close. Our team will keep you in the loop throughout the process!  
  5. We will set up a time to complete some more due diligence on our end to make sure we are setting us both up for a smooth closing.
  6. If steps 1, 2, 3, & 4 go smoothly, we close on the property and take ownership. You have nothing else to worry about! We always do our best to make this process as smooth as we can for all parties from start to finish. Sometimes we run into hiccups but will always be upfront with you during the process.

Q: What can you offer me vs a realtor? 

A: If you are trying to sell quickly, we will make you an offer on your property. If you want to get maximum cash, we have a realtor on our team who can help list your property. We are often able to close very quickly. You will not have to worry about having multiple interruptions for showings, nor will you pay us a commission.

Q:  How quickly can you close? 

A: It depends, sometimes it’ll be a week or two, others, 30 days. Of course, we will work as quickly as possible or set the closing date for whenever you would like. This time frame can vary depending on each situation. 

Q: Do you purchase your properties with cash? 

A: Yes we do, however we do have other options we take into consideration depending on the situation. We do our best to accommodate the needs of the deal but unfortunately we do not have endless amounts of cash. #Goals

Q: Will I need to do any repairs before selling?

A: No, you don’t need to worry about doing any repairs! 

Q: Will you share my information with anyone? 

A: No, the only time we would ever share anything is with your permission.
