Go to our website and get a Proof of Funds!
Step 4
Submit your offer on the property with your Proof Of Funds.
Step 5
Offer accepted
Step 6
Go to our website and fill out our Intake Form.
Step 7
Someone from our team will reach out to you to go over details of your deal.
Step 8
We will start sending your deal off to lenders to get estimates.
Step 9
In the meantime, you should start gathering the documents listed HERE. We will need these documents to push the loan through.
Step 10
We will review your estimates with you to help you determine which loan would be best for you.
Step 11
Once you’ve chosen the lender, your loan will be submitted with the documents from above.
Now, depending on which lender you choose, you will be required to do different types of appraisals, feasibility studies, bpo’s, etc.. Don’t worry – we will help you through the whole process.
