Investors, have you ever gone through and got quotes from different lenders for your deals? When you are looking for financing and reaching out to a ton of different lenders, you are looking for a direct lender. If you are working with a mortgage broker they will take a lot of the leg work out of your search and only provide you with the quotes from the direct lenders.

What to expect when working with a Mortgage Broker?

  •  They will save you so much time!
    • Brokers take a lot of the work from you, just finding you a lender that meets your criteria is a huge time saver. When you work with us we also help you keep all the loan documents organized, pre-fill the loan documents as much as possible, and educate you through the process.
  • Most brokers are familiar with a lot of direct lenders so they can narrow in on your wants and needs.
    • A quick search on google is not going to get you exactly what you want when it comes to finding funding. Brokers have a wide source of lenders and are familiar with their criteria so as soon as you tell them about your deal they will have a good idea of which lenders to reach out to get your estimates.
  • Can better negotiate your fees.
    • Brokers are working with different types of deals day in and out so they are very familiar with what questions need to be asked and where they see room to negotiate the fees down.
  • They help you through the whole financing process
    • If you are working with a direct lender they are going to give you a checklist of things needed and send you on your way until you have those required documents. Brokers will help find the documents & organize them for you. They don’t leave you hanging when it comes to putting together a loan, they are always there to help if they can.
  • Take away the stress of multiple application fees
    • When looking for direct lenders most banks are going to want you to fill out an application fee prior to even looking at the deal. Brokers will get on the phone with lenders and get some estimates before the application process so you are not having to fill out multiple applications if not needed.

All in all, working with a broker is pretty much your one stop shop when it comes to getting your deals financed. Yes, they will take a small fee from the loan because they put a lot of work into finding you the right loan but it is all so worth it. If you have any deals you might be interested in, we’d love to be your broker and work for you! Reach out to us! HERE
