    • We have team meetings with everyone once a month to discuss past goals and upcoming goals. 
    • We have multiple “one on one” meetings per week. We all communicate with each other often throughout the week. 
  • TRUST! This is a family owned business so trust was an easy one for us. Though, it isn’t always easy when your team is remote and you don’t know your “co-workers” personally.  Make sure the people on your team are reliable, you want people you can rely on to get their tasks done.
  • Take advantage of the technology in today’s world! Here are some of the things we use to communicate

    • Email 
    • Phone calls 
  • Project management systems! This will make your life easier! We have set up a system where we keep track of every aspect of our duties.
